This is a new educational medium
Endemic courses are not entertainment or lectures. Unlike most online education, they invite intimate connection, personal inquiry, and bold participation. As you go through the course, try to bring focus and presence, take your time, and stay curious. We're providing the spark, you must carry your flame.
This course is made of three parts.
Transmission
A cinematic poem spoken by Fire to be experienced slowly. Be patient and receptive, stay with each frame for at least a minute.
Time
20 min. — 1 hr.
Space
A cozy spot... where you would want to watch a movie.
Tools
Ideally a large, high quality screen with airplay, chromecast, etc. Otherwise anywhere you can be still with your laptop (not tablet or phone).
Practice
A 30 minute daily practice of meditation, movement, and journaling to strengthen your emotional resilience, power, and capacity for responsibility.
Time
45 min. - 1 hr. your first time through, then 30 min. / day after that.
Space
A place without distractions and a place to move your body.
Tools
Wireless headphones or speakers and a journal and pen.
Ritual
A simple but potent process for creating a sacred space and slowly revealing your most significant, and often hidden, desires.

15 min. - 30 min.

A candle, lighter, mirror, journal & pen.
Reflection
The course includes a few places where you are asked to reflect on your experience. These reflection moments will help you cultivate the qualities of fire more deeply and integrate these transformations.
We will also be using your answers for our public research on the collective impact of the course. We don't connect your identity to your answers.
When going through the questions, be honest, respond with the things that first come to mind, and don't worry about getting it "right."
For the optimal experience...
Breathe.
Take your time. Move slowly, especially through the Transmission.
Practice everyday.
Lasting transformation requires you to build new habits.
Share.
Tell friends about your experience so they can reflect your growth back to you.
