One of Endemics' key contributions is conducting research and designing new systems for coordination. We refer to this as an Endemic OS. We believe that a fundamental requirement for implementing any systems level solution is to contextualize for communities the local environment in which they are participating (in terms of space and time), increase the opportunities for contributions and rewards, and for those participants to better understand what they benefit with their energy and care; impact on themselves, their community, and broader ecosystem ecosystem.

Our work is founded upon a deep consideration of interdisciplinary and social-psychological theories of change related to learning, design, aesthetics, development, and culture transformation. ( Re )enchantment, srsly is our more public facing brand. It’s goal is to represent the movement described in our Talent Cultivation vertical through wisdom transmissions, collaboration matchmaking, localized activity opportunity and cultivation, and is the basic foundation for ground up worldbuilding. It helps folks attune to possible futures while maintaining awareness of next appropriate and valued steps.

The ( Re )enchantment, srsly community is rich with stories, lessons, and valuable visions. As we work to renew connection, creativity, and quality material, social, spiritual worlds we will highlight others who have been dedicated to this vision.
